The discount is granted to individuals born in or residing in any city within the State of Rio de Janeiro, upon proof on the day of the visit. To validate the discount, you may present:
Born Adults: Official photo ID. The document may be presented in digital format, photo, or printed.
Resident Adults: Proof of residence in your name (water, gas, electricity, cell phone, internet, credit card, or phone bill) and official photo ID. If the resident does not have proof of residence in their own name, they may present a marriage certificate or civil union document, along with an official photo ID and proof of residence in the spouse’s name. All documents may be presented digitally, as photos, or in printed format.
Resident or Born Children (ages 3 to 12): Original birth certificate or official photo ID that confirms the child's relationship to the residence holder. All documents may be presented digitally, as photos, or in printed format.

Bicycle
Parque Bondinho does not offer a bike rack. However, you may park your bike near the newsstand in front of the Árabe da Urca restaurant, close to Parque Bondinho. Please bring your own lock. There is also an Itaú Bike station available nearby on Av. Pasteur.
Ferry (Barcas)
Visitors from Niterói, Ilha do Governador, and Paquetá can take the ferry to Praça XV. From there, walk 740 meters to Largo da Carioca, or take VLT Line 2 to Cristiano Ottoni - Pequena África Station, then take bus 107 (Central). Get off at UNIRIO and walk to Parque Bondinho.
